We are looking for a Head of Operations to join our mission, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the CEO and other members of the leadership team and play a pivotal role we scale. The role is highly varied, not one day will be the same as the previous. The role will involve leading on operational efficiencies, talent management, hiring support, investment administration, compliance support, financial and much more. You will be highly organised with strong operations skills as well as excellent inter-personal skills.
