This will be the first hire in what will form a new team in the business. You will be responsible for forging strategic partnerships to drive the rapid growth of Guider’s new business activities. You will be looking to partner with other organisations that work with similar stakeholders to Guider and similar sized organisations. You will also have a creative approach to finding opportunities to scale. You most likely have a growth hacking mentality. Once the partnerships function has demonstrated growth, you may be requested in the future to scale the team and hire new partnership managers.
