The Role Your main responsibilities will be to successfully manage and retain our already signed deals with Global Brands. What this means is that your role will be a customer facing role where you will give guidance and support to the users of Guider’s platform. On a day-to-day basis, the role will involve training customers how to use the platform, answering questions and ensuring they are delighted with our platform. The role will also be client facing, where you will be expected to build a trusting relationship with stakeholders within that brand. The key stakeholders will be C-Levels, HR and L&D (Learning and Development) leaders. This will mean you are expected to have weekly catch ups with them, deliver reports and look for opportunities to help ensure that our platform is extremely sticky within the organisation. It would be advantageous if you could scope out opportunities to up-sell the client. To summarise it will be an extremely varied role, every day will be different and you will be expected to be out the office most of the time. You will not only interact with the client and user (the employees) but also feed back to the tech and product team internally as well as assist the business development team in your learnings. You will report directly into the CEO.


  • You will be an entrepreneurial self starter

  • At least 2 years proven Account Management or customer success Experience. 

  • Ideally having gained some experience in software related startups. 

  • Keen to work for a start-up and fast growing exciting firm.

  • An outstanding communicator, with great written skills.

  • Relationship builder, calm on the phone and in meetings, and strong ability to form trust with clients.

  • Ambitious and keen to learn new skills

  • Target driven.

  • A personality! We are a fun bunch and looking for like-minded people.

Nice to have

  • Experience working corporate clients

  • Experience working in or speaking L&D and/or HR officers.

  • Strategic thinker.

  • Some sales experience (it will help with up-selling and business development opportunities)
